Human Resource and personal managers often encounter incidents where an employee must be terminated and there is reason to believe the employee may react violently.

It is important to take proper steps to minimize the danger to yourself and other employees.

Prior to termination we will consult with you about your employee and then provide a plain clothes armed investigator to sit in on your termination process.  We are capable of providing investigators to watch your business, house, family, and yourself as long as it takes, due to threats made against you as an employer. 

We will work with local police departments to help bring the threat to an end.

Since the beginning of time, there has been sexual harassment. In this day and age, however, sexual harassment can be directed at both men and women and there is legal recourse for such actions.

If sexual harassment is reported to your business, corporation, or organization, it needs to be addressed in some fashion. If it is not, and a lawsuit is filed, you could become liable as well.

Investigators from within our agency will investigate the allegation as an unbiased third party. We will then forward to you the results of our investigation, so that you can make the best informed decision about how to proceed.
