Windy City Security and Investigations, Inc. is a family-owned, fully licensed and insured security contractor and private investigation agency that provides comprehensive, professional and confidential services to clients in Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and all over the United States.

Windy City Security and Investigations, Inc. (WCSI), was founded in 2001 by Russell L. Willingham. The company was founded on the principle of providing all security services that any client could possibly ask for, without having to go to different vendors for services. WCSI goal is to be able to provide quality security services to all clients and to make sure that all employees are diversified and try to hire employees from the neighborhoods that the client supports.

WCSI's philosophy is that 100 percent customer satisfaction, whatever it takes, We Get The Job Done! We realize that our customers and their clients all need to be treated fairly and with dignity, as all human beings should be. Our Philosophy when a problem arises is to immediately address and correct the problem. We then analyze why it happened and put measures into place to make sure it does not happen again and that all personnel are trained in this matter.

Since its inception, WCSI has maintained a successful record of being able to identify the needs of our customers, through our vast knowledge and experience. WCSI prides itself on the ability to get the job done, no matter how big or small.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Windy City Security management team consists of experienced experts with significant experience and expertise in Law Enforcement and Security Management totaling over 129 years of experience.

As president and founder of WCSI, Russell L. Willingham oversees all aspects of the business and makes sure that all services surpass its competition. Russell has created an office and field staff with a wide range of expertise in all fields. By drawing on experience from the police and fire communities, private business owners, military personnel, and just plain old good work ethics, and listening to the needs of our customers we have developed our operating philosophy. WCSI is committed to its clients in providing superior service in all matters of security and law enforcement.

As a current member of the Chicago Police Department for over 24 years, and a total of over 32 years in police service, Patrol Division, Tactical Unit, Detective Division, Auditing Division, IAD Division, Traffic Division, and as a Supervisor. Russell has set the standards for all employees of WCSI, for leadership, professional appearance, motivation, problem solving, family values, work ethics and excellent moral standards. Russell has used all of this vast experience to closely work with all of his clients and staff in making a working plan to be best suited to accomplish the mission at hand.
